It is quite common to hear people say they wished we came with a user’s manual… This is how I see our birth chart: a unique map to our inner landscape, capturing the exact cosmic configuration at the moment of first breath and individuation into this life.  

Personal Chart Reading: My approach is psychological and not predictive. I tap into the unique synergy of the various – and at times quite disparate – elements that make up your astrological theme. Focus is set on integration of these various points to reach a greater level of understanding and inner balance. My readings tend to offer insights into how to best express the totality of who you are by accepting all your innate tendencies. A reading of the transits (how today’s planets interact with your birth chart) can be added. All issues are examined through the lens of “What is the Universe trying to do for you?”

Couple Chart Reading: This chart reading involves two elements – the synastry and the composite. In the first, the two birth charts are superimposed to look at the interplay between each person’s planets, houses, and aspects.  In the composite, we look at the midpoint of all the various points (like the mid-point of the two suns, the two moon, the two mercuries, etc.) This creates a chart of the relationship itself; where the two of you “meet” and inhabit the space you share.  These readings can also be very useful for parent-child relationships. 

Sabian Symbols: These symbols were channeled in 1925 by clairvoyant Elsie Wheeler. There is one symbol per chart degree – so 360 symbols in all. They  add an interesting dimension to understanding your chart. For example, the symbol for my sun degree (19 Gemini) is “An archaic book revealing a traditional wisdom”. This has proven true in my life! For people who have their exact time of birth, these symbols can answer four different questions: “What do I do?”, “Where does it lead me to?”, “How do I do it?” and “Why do I do it?” 

To do any astrology work, I need your birth date, time (approximation can work but exact is preferred), and place. I use the Placidus house system and include the Asteroids, the lunar nodes and Chiron in all my readings.
