Everything offered here serves one intention: empowering your full and sacred embodiment. I have always felt that our purpose in life is to anchor into our body – to fully embrace being spirits in matter – and to channel that spirit into the earth. Each of the modalities below represents a door into that experience. 

Validation, release, transmutation, integration, balance, and grounding within a safe and protected space – this is the heart of my practice.

My psychological modalities include childhood and past-life regressions as well as astrology and tarot readings. I also offer ritual planning and bespoke guided journeys – inspired and honed by my many years as a practitioner leading circles and holding space at ceremonies, intentional events, and festivals.

My physical health modalities include herbal consultations, cleansing and diet protocols, and the crafting of many personal products – salves, lip balms,  toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorant, bath oils, and more…

On the more vibrational side, I practice a blend of Usui and Unitary Reiki merged with my innate energy modality that brings me visuals of what is happening in your being – hence my choice to refer to it as Visionary Reiki. I also use my voice and tuning forks to add sound healing to my offering – sometimes on its own or during an energy session.
